Cylinder: Made of high-strength alloy cast iron, good rigidity, low vibration and low noise.
Cylinder head: Four valves per cylinder are designed, optimized air/fuel mixing ratio, and ensure combustion and emissions; one cover per cylinder, which is easy to maintain.
Camshaft: The single camshaft design can accurately control valves and fuel injection timing, and the optimized cam-shaped line can reduce impact force, improve reliability and durability.
Crankshaft: The integrated crankshaft made of high-strength forged steel, the induction hardening process of rounded corners and journals can ensure higher crankshaft fatigue strength.
Piston: Use aluminum alloy casting technology, the ω-shaped head and barrel skirt design can compensate for thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring good cooperation.

Lubrication system: All moving parts are forced lubricated; large-capacity gear pump provides pressure lubricating oil to lubricate the bearing and cool the piston; engine oil cooler, full flow filter, and bypass filter maintain good engine oil condition.
Fuel system: Cummins     technology PT fuel system, optimized combustion and strong power; STC distributed timing system has better combustion in all working conditions; low-pressure oil supply system is used, and fuel unidirectional circuit is equipped,    .
Cooling system: Forced water cooling is adopted for gear centrifugal water pump, with a large flow water channel design, and good cooling effect; rotary water filter and special DCA additives can effectively prevent rust and cavitation, control the acidity of the coolant and remove impurities.
Intake and exhaust system: The efficient Holset exhaust gas supercharger further improves combustion; the pressure pulse exhaust pipe can make full use of exhaust energy and improve engine efficiency; the air-to-air intercooling technology has better fuel economy and emissions.
