Fault Phenomenon: The engine experiences high water temperature and overheats under heavy load.
Diagnosis: The issue may stem from a malfunctioning Thermostat (Part No. 254-2267 / 2542267) which fails to open fully, restricting coolant flow to the radiator. Alternatively, the Fan Motor or Water Pump might be compromised.
Solution: Check the opening temperature of the thermostat. If it does not open at the specified temperature, replace it with a genuine or high-quality aftermarket thermostat. Clean the radiator fins and check the fan belt tension.
